Android is our home platform. We publish our own apps on Google Play, from our first photo-effect apps to PhotoMax AI, which runs Real-ESRGAN super-resolution models on the phone’s GPU through C++ and Vulkan, and Pics Creation, which renders 110+ photo effects with OpenGL ES shaders.
That experience means we know the parts of Android work that tutorials skip: memory limits on low-end devices, background work restrictions, the 16 KB page-size requirement, ad consent, Data safety declarations and the yearly target-API deadline.
