Information you send us
When you use our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and message, plus your phone number, company, the service you’re interested in and your budget if you choose to share them. The form is delivered to us by email.
We use this information only to reply to you, discuss your project and, if we work together, to provide our services. We don’t sell it, rent it or add you to marketing lists.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested and the time of the request. These are used to keep the website secure and running and are not used to identify you. To limit spam, the contact form temporarily records a one-way hash of the sender’s IP address for up to one hour.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading a page doesn’t send your data to a font provider. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other sites, such as Google Play, LinkedIn and YouTube. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we don’t control.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to manage any work that follows, and then delete them when they’re no longer needed, unless we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email hello@novaradix.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the GDPR.
