Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application QuoteArt: Text & Status Maker (package com.nova.quoteart.text.status.maker, "the App"), developed and published by NovaRadix Technology ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QuoteArt: Text & Status Maker, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you are using the App on behalf of an entity, organization, or business, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. What the App Does

QuoteArt: Text & Status Maker is a mobile creative utility designed to help you create typography quotes, social media status graphics, greeting posts, and artistic photo cards directly on your Android device. Key capabilities include:

• Composing custom quote text with curated typography presets, styling tools, gradients, and shadows;
• Browsing bundled quote collections across inspirational, motivational, love, friendship, and life categories;
• Applying curated background photos, gradients, patterns, stickers, and decorative elements;
• Selecting personal photos or brand logos from your device via the Android system photo picker;
• Exporting final images directly to your local gallery or sharing them to third-party messaging and social media platforms.

3. Licence to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NovaRadix Technology grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to download, install, and use QuoteArt: Text & Status Maker on compatible Android devices that you own or control.

Under this licence, you agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where permitted by mandatory applicable law;
• Modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its software code;
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any technological protections, security features, or advertising integrations in the App;
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract templates, bundled quotes, or graphics from the App package.

4. Your Designs and Content Ownership

You own your designs. NovaRadix Technology claims no intellectual property ownership, copyright, or title over the designs, compositions, exported images, quotes you write, or photos and logos you import into the App ("Your Content").

Because all image composition occurs locally on your device, we never transmit, view, copy, or store Your Content on our servers. You remain solely responsible for Your Content and for your use and distribution of it. Specifically, you agree that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary licenses, copyrights, trademark permissions, privacy releases, and consent for all text, photos, logos, trademarks, and artwork you import or incorporate into your designs;
• Your designs and their sharing do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy right, publicity right, or other proprietary right of any third party;
• You are solely responsible for creating and maintaining independent backups of your saved designs, drafts, and exported files. We are not liable for any lost drafts or designs caused by device changes, app uninstalls, or operating system resets.

5. Included App Content, Fonts, and Templates

The App comes bundled with ready-to-use quotes, backgrounds, decorative templates, and font families to assist your creative process:

• Bundled Quotes: Pre-loaded quote collections are derived from public-domain literary works, historic sayings, or original lines crafted for the App. You may freely use, customize, and share these quotes within your designs.
• Backgrounds, Templates, and Decorations: Visual assets, frames, stickers, and preset templates included in the App are provided under license for your personal and commercial status creation and social sharing. You may not extract, repackage, resell, or distribute these assets as standalone stock collections or graphic packs.
• Bundled Fonts: Fonts included in the App are licensed under reputable open-source and permissible font licenses (such as the SIL Open Font License or Apache 2.0). Attribution, license details, and copyright notices for bundled typefaces can be reviewed directly inside the App under About → Open-source licenses.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

We are dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful creative environment. You agree that you will not use QuoteArt to produce, render, save, or share any content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation;
• Promotes physical harm, self-harm, violence, terrorism, illegal acts, or dangerous activities;
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or moral rights of any individual or organization;
• Contains unauthorized personal, sensitive, or identifying information about another person without their express consent;
• Impersonates any person, brand, government body, or entity, or generates fraudulent, forged, or deceptive documents;
• Violates applicable advertising, spam, or telecommunication laws when shared.

We reserve the right to refuse service or support to anyone who uses the App to violate these community standards or applicable law.

7. Advertising and Optional Rewarded Unlocks

QuoteArt: Text & Status Maker is provided free of charge and is funded through mobile advertising served by Google AdMob. Ads may appear as banner ads, interstitial ads during screen transitions, or native layouts.

Optional Rewarded Ads: Certain premium typography styles, special decorative elements, or template packs may be offered as unlockable bonuses by choosing to watch a short rewarded video ad. Please note:

• Watching a rewarded ad is always entirely optional. Core typography tools, text editing features, and standard templates remain available without watching ads;
• Unlocks granted via rewarded ads apply on an ad-hoc or temporary basis for your design session, have no monetary or cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed;
• Ad content is delivered dynamically by Google AdMob. Any interaction with advertisers, third-party offers, or promotions is strictly between you and the third-party advertiser. NovaRadix Technology does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, products, or claims of third-party advertisements.

8. Third-Party Services and System Integrations

The App integrates with Android system components and third-party developer libraries to deliver its features:

• Android System Photo Picker: The App uses Android's privacy-preserving system photo picker. The App only accesses individual images you explicitly choose, without requiring broad storage permissions for your media library.
• Google AdMob SDK: Third-party advertising is managed by Google AdMob, which may process technical device identifiers and performance telemetry in accordance with the Google Privacy & Terms.
• Sharing Targets: When you tap "Share", the App triggers standard Android sharing sheets, transferring your finished graphic to the destination app (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, or Email) under that service's respective terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Except for Your Content and open-source font libraries, all rights, title, and interest in and to QuoteArt: Text & Status Maker—including the application code, graphic user interface, visual layouts, color palettes, icon designs, branding, and bundled design templates—are the exclusive property of NovaRadix Technology and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

"QuoteArt", "NovaRadix", and related logos are trademarks or trade dress of NovaRadix Technology. You may not use our company names, trademarks, or product branding without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

QuoteArt: Text & Status Maker is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NovaRadix Technology expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific design or technical requirements, operate without interruption, be compatible with every Android device or custom ROM, be error-free, or preserve unsaved drafts in the event of an unexpected system shutdown or memory termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NovaRadix Technology, its founders, developers, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill, lost designs, device damage, or interruption of business, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the App.

Because QuoteArt is a free utility, in no circumstance shall our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the App exceed the total amount paid by you to NovaRadix Technology for the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability (which is zero / USD $0.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or statutory consumer rights; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NovaRadix Technology and its representatives from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to:

• Your Content, including any claims that quotes, photos, artwork, or logos used in your creations violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or defamation laws;
• Your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable regulation;
• Your distribution, publication, or social media sharing of any graphics generated with the App.

13. App Availability and Termination

You may terminate your agreement to these Terms at any time simply by ceasing use of the App and uninstalling it from your device.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any specific feature, quote category, or template collection) at any time without prior notice or liability. We may also terminate or restrict your access to the App if you breach these Terms. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15) shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any question, claim, or controversy arising between you and NovaRadix Technology, you agree to first contact us informally at novaradix@gmail.com so that we may attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, any legal proceeding shall be brought before the competent courts having jurisdiction in Gujarat, India, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our features, technical advancements, or regulatory requirements. When revisions occur, the updated document will be published on this page, and the "Effective date" at the top of these Terms will be refreshed.

Your continued installation, access, or use of QuoteArt after any modifications become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
