QuoteArt: Text & Status Maker

Privacy Policy

  • Effective date: 30 September 2026
  • Package com.nova.quoteart.text.status.maker

QuoteArt: Text & Status Maker (package com.nova.quoteart.text.status.maker) helps you create typography, status designs, and quote graphics directly on your Android device. Your privacy is paramount: your creations stay on your phone, and we do not run servers that collect your designs.

The short version
  • On-device creativity: Quotes you write, photos and logos you choose, drafts, favourites, brand settings, and exported designs are processed and stored exclusively on your device. We operate no servers that receive your designs.
  • No personal accounts: You do not need to register, log in, or provide your name, email, phone number, contacts, or location.
  • Photo privacy: Photos are picked using the native Android system photo picker. QuoteArt only accesses the images you specifically pick, and never alters your original photos.
  • Saved or shared only by you: Finished designs are saved to your gallery or shared only when you tap Save or Share.
  • Transparent advertising: The app is supported by Google AdMob ads. Google may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) and usage data to serve ads, subject to your consent where legally required.

1. Who we are

QuoteArt: Text & Status Maker (“QuoteArt”, “the app”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a mobile application developed and published by NovaRadix Technology, an independent software studio based in Gujarat, India:

This Privacy Policy explains how QuoteArt handles information, what data remains strictly local on your device, and the limited third-party advertising services utilized within the app.

2. Your content (designs, photos, text)

QuoteArt is designed to let you compose quotes, customize typography, apply backgrounds, add branding logos, and create status updates for social media. We believe your creative thoughts and artistic media belong exclusively to you.

  • Quotes and text inputs: Any quotes, custom text, captions, poetry, author attributions, or statuses you type into the editor are processed purely in local device memory. They are never sent to NovaRadix Technology or any cloud servers.
  • Photos and logos via Android Photo Picker: When you add an image background or brand logo to your quote design, QuoteArt uses the modern Android system photo picker. This privacy-preserving interface ensures that QuoteArt only receives access to the specific images or logos you explicitly choose. The app has no access to your broader photo gallery or personal media albums.
  • Original photos remain unmodified: QuoteArt never alters, overwrites, or deletes your original source photos or logo files. All editing actions occur on a non-destructive canvas, generating a new image file only when you explicitly export.
  • Drafts and favourites: In-progress design drafts, saved quotes, favorite templates, and custom style presets are stored solely within the app's local private sandbox on your device.
  • Save and share actions: Rendered status images and graphics are exported to your device's photo gallery or passed to other apps (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, or Facebook) only when you explicitly tap Save or Share.

3. Information we do not collect

Unlike many online graphic design tools, QuoteArt requires no cloud infrastructure to work. We deliberately avoid collecting personal data:

  • No user accounts or authentication: There is no sign-up, login, social log-in, or profile creation. You use the app completely anonymously.
  • No personal contact information: We do not collect or request your name, email address, telephone number, physical mailing address, or address book contacts.
  • No sensitive sensor or hardware data: We do not request or access your device's precise (GPS) or approximate network location, camera, microphone, SMS messages, call logs, or calendar.
  • No server-side copies of designs: NovaRadix Technology does not operate backend servers, storage buckets, or databases that receive or archive your quotes, images, or artwork.
  • No behavioral analytics trackers: QuoteArt does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or adjust) to monitor your editing behavior or track your usage patterns.

4. Information stored on your device

To deliver a smooth and responsive editing experience, QuoteArt stores a minimal set of configuration data locally in your device's private app storage. This data never leaves your device and cannot be accessed by other applications:

Data Category Purpose Storage Location
Drafts & Work-in-Progress Saves your unfinished quote canvases so you can resume editing later. App private storage (internal database/cache)
Favourite Quotes & Templates Bookmarks your preferred quotes, templates, and text styles for quick access. App private storage
Brand Presets & Watermarks Remembers your default author name, social handle, custom watermark text, and selected logo asset. App private storage (SharedPreferences)
Editor Preferences Remembers your last selected canvas aspect ratio, font styling, color palettes, and UI theme. App private storage (SharedPreferences)
Ad Counters & Frequency Capping Simple local integer counters used to pace non-intrusive ad intervals and manage rewarded ad states. App private storage (SharedPreferences)
Ad Privacy Consent State Stores your GDPR/ePrivacy choices from Google's User Messaging Platform so you are not prompted repeatedly. App private storage (SharedPreferences)
Exported Designs High-resolution images generated when you tap “Save”. Device media gallery (Pictures/QuoteArt album)

All data stored in the app's private sandbox is permanently deleted when you uninstall QuoteArt or use Android's “Clear Data” option.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

QuoteArt is offered free of charge and is funded through mobile advertisements served by Google AdMob. Displaying ads allows us to maintain and continually enhance the app without requiring paid subscriptions.

When advertisements are requested and loaded, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process certain device-level information, including:

  • Device identifiers: The Android Advertising ID (GAID), which is a user-resettable, unique identifier for advertising purposes.
  • Technical device details: Device model, manufacturer, operating system version, screen resolution, device language, and carrier information.
  • Network data: IP address, which Google may use to determine coarse geographic location (such as country or metropolitan area) for regional ad relevance and fraud prevention.
  • Ad interaction metrics: Information about ad impressions, whether an ad was clicked or viewed, and performance telemetry.
  • Optional Rewarded Ads: Certain premium font styles, decorative frames, or background templates may optionally be unlocked by choosing to view a rewarded video advertisement. Watching rewarded ads is entirely voluntary.

NovaRadix Technology never receives your Advertising ID, IP address, or individual browsing history. We only receive aggregated, anonymized performance metrics (such as daily impression totals and revenue summaries) through the Google AdMob reporting dashboard.

Ad Consent and Privacy Choices (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

In jurisdictions where data protection regulations require consent for personalized advertising (such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland), QuoteArt displays a consent dialog powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before serving ads. You can accept personalized ads, consent to non-personalized ads, or configure your specific vendor choices.

You can review or modify your consent settings at any time within the app by opening Settings → Ad privacy choices. Furthermore, you can reset or delete your advertising identifier at the operating system level at any time:

  • Go to your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads).
  • Select Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID to disconnect ad activity from your device.

For detailed information on how Google handles advertising data, please consult:

6. Permissions

QuoteArt follows the principle of minimal permissions. We only request the platform permissions strictly necessary for rendering ads and saving your exported artwork:

Permission Reason for Request Scope & Details
INTERNET Loads advertisements and retrieves advertising consent forms from Google AdMob. Network access. Your quotes, drafts, and photos are never sent over the internet.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE Enables the Google AdMob SDK to verify whether an active internet connection is available before requesting ads. Network connectivity detection.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE Saves finished quote designs directly into your device's photo gallery on legacy Android versions (Android 9 and below). Legacy storage only; not requested or needed on Android 10 and above.
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / System Photo Picker Allows you to select a background picture or brand logo for your design. On Android 13+, the native System Photo Picker is used, granting access only to the exact file you select.
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID Enables Google AdMob to access the Advertising ID for ad frequency capping, fraud prevention, and ad delivery. Declared automatically by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Resettable by you in Android Settings.

QuoteArt does not request permissions for Camera, Microphone, GPS Location, Contacts, Phone State, SMS, or Calendar.

7. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, monetize, trade, or transfer your personal data or creative work to third parties. We treat your content as private and confidential:

  • User-initiated sharing: When you complete a design and choose to share it, QuoteArt invokes the standard Android system share sheet. Your exported image and caption are passed solely to the application you specifically choose (such as WhatsApp, Instagram Stories, Pinterest, Facebook, X, or email). That external app handles the shared media according to its own privacy policy and terms.
  • Advertising partners: As described in Section 5, Google AdMob processes device and ad interaction metrics to deliver ads. This transmission occurs directly between your device and Google's advertising endpoints.
  • Legal requirements: Because NovaRadix Technology maintains no remote servers that store user profiles, account credentials, or uploaded images, we hold no user content to disclose to government agencies, courts, or law enforcement bodies.

8. Data retention and deletion

Because QuoteArt operates locally, data lifecycle control rests entirely in your hands:

  • In-app deletion: You can delete any saved draft, customized quote, or saved brand setting directly from within the app at any time.
  • Clearing app storage: Navigating to your device's Settings → Apps → QuoteArt → Storage → Clear Storage / Clear Data will immediately wipe all locally saved drafts, custom quotes, watermark settings, and cached assets.
  • Uninstalling the app: Removing QuoteArt from your Android device permanently erases all internal application directories and locally cached files.
  • Exported gallery images: Any quotes or images you explicitly saved to your device's gallery remain in your device storage until you choose to delete them using your gallery app or file manager.

9. Security

We take the security of your device and creative content seriously:

  • On-device sandbox isolation: QuoteArt takes full advantage of Android's application sandboxing architecture. Your local drafts, custom brand assets, and application preferences are stored in private internal directories inaccessible to other installed applications.
  • Photo Picker isolation: By leveraging Android's modern photo picker API, the app does not receive read access to your unselected photos, albums, or sensitive EXIF metadata from other gallery items.
  • Encrypted network communication: All ad delivery requests, ad assets, and consent communication handled by Google AdMob are transmitted using secure, encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
  • Zero server exposure: Since we do not store your designs or personal information on central web servers, there is no risk of your creative work being compromised in a centralized database breach.

10. Children's privacy

QuoteArt is a general-purpose creative utility designed for the general public. It is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where required by applicable local law in certain jurisdictions, including the EEA).

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from children under 13. Because the app includes third-party advertisements, we recommend that parents and guardians supervise their children's mobile device usage. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to our advertising partners, please contact us at novaradix@gmail.com, and we will assist in taking appropriate steps.

11. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Economic Area under GDPR, the United Kingdom under UK GDPR, and California under CCPA/CPRA), you possess specific legal privacy rights:

  • Right of Access and Portability: All of your created designs, saved quotes, and settings are stored locally on your own device. You can access, export, or share them at any time.
  • Right to Erasure (Deletion): You have the right to delete all of your data at any time by clearing the app's cache and data or uninstalling the app.
  • Right to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your data. You may opt out of personalized advertising by managing your Android Advertising ID settings or adjusting your in-app choices under Settings → Ad privacy choices.
  • GDPR / UK GDPR Rights: In the EEA and UK, Google acts as an independent controller for data processed through Google AdMob. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection regarding advertising data, which can be exercised through Google's account privacy settings or via the in-app consent management dialogue.

If you have any questions or wish to exercise any applicable privacy rights, you can reach out to us at novaradix@gmail.com.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications to QuoteArt's features, advancements in Android platform security, or revisions in applicable legal and regulatory standards.

When updates are made, the revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective date” at the top. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we safeguard your privacy. Your continued use of QuoteArt following the posting of updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
