1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and NovaRadix Technology ("we", "us", "our") for your use of the Photo Resize Master mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. What the App does
The App helps you prepare images on your device. You can resize, compress, crop, rotate and convert photos; create passport and ID photos and print sheets; scan, draw and resize signatures; and prepare thumb impressions and handwritten declarations for online forms. Images are processed on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Licence to use the App
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for lawful personal or business purposes, under these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
You must not:
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the App, except where the law expressly allows it;
- rent, sell, sublicense or redistribute the App, or remove any copyright or proprietary notice;
- interfere with the App's advertising, for example by generating invalid clicks or impressions, or try to bypass any of its features;
- use the App to break any law or to infringe anyone else's rights.
4. Your images and your responsibility
- You keep all rights to the images you process. We do not claim ownership and do not receive your images.
- You must only process images that you own or have permission to use, including photos, signatures and thumb impressions of other people.
- You must not use the App to forge, alter or misrepresent any identity document, signature or record, or for fraud, impersonation or any other unlawful purpose.
- You are responsible for checking that every image you submit meets the requirements of the organisation you are applying to, and for keeping your own backups.
5. Presets, requirements and results
- Photo, signature and passport-size presets are common photo and file sizes offered for convenience. They are not the rules of any particular form or organisation, so always check what your form asks for.
- A "Ready to Upload" result means the image met the limits stored in the selected preset when it was created. It does not guarantee that any website or organisation will accept it.
- The passport photo tool offers guide lines and background tools. It does not check a photo against any particular photo standard.
- File sizes can vary slightly between devices and websites, for example depending on whether 1 KB is counted as 1000 or 1024 bytes.
6. Independent app
Photo Resize Master is an independent photo editing utility developed and published by NovaRadix Technology. All trademarks mentioned in the app or its store listing belong to their respective owners.
7. Advertising and rewarded features
The App is free and shows ads from Google AdMob, including banner, native and full-screen ads (after a result and occasionally when you open the app). Some optional extras, such as larger batch limits, may be unlocked by watching a rewarded ad where one is offered. Rewards have no monetary value, cannot be transferred and may change or end. Your interactions with ads and advertisers are between you and them. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products they promote.
8. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services, including Google Play, the Android system photo picker and camera, share targets you choose, and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, design, graphics, icons, text and preset collections, is owned by NovaRadix Technology or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the licence in section 3, these Terms give you no rights in the App.
10. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the App, or any feature or preset, at any time and without notice. Some updates may be needed to keep using the App. We do not promise that the App will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work on every device.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaRadix Technology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunities, fees or profits. This includes a rejected, delayed or cancelled application or form submission arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App. Because the App is free, that amount is zero. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NovaRadix Technology from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Your licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. Sections 4, 5, 6 and 9 to 16 continue to apply after termination.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you continue to use the App after a change takes effect, you accept the revised Terms. If a provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
