- Your photos, signatures, thumb impressions and documents are processed on your device. We never upload them to a server.
- There is no account or sign-in, and we do not collect your name, phone number or email through the app.
- The app shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers to show and measure ads, with your consent where the law requires it.
1. Who we are
Photo Resize Master (package com.nova.exam.photo.resize.master) is an Android app published by NovaRadix Technology ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have.
By using the app you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Your images and files
The app resizes, compresses, crops and converts photos, signatures, thumb impressions and declarations for exam forms, job applications and ID documents. All of this processing happens locally on your phone.
- Not uploaded. Images you open or create are never sent to us or to any server we operate. The image tools work offline.
- Not used for advertising. Your images are never shared with advertising partners, and they are not analysed to target ads.
- No facial recognition. The passport tool shows guide lines so you can position a face yourself. It does not detect, identify or store biometric data.
- Files the app saves. Finished images are kept in the app's private storage so they appear in History. If Auto save is on, a copy is also saved to your gallery under
Pictures/Photo Resize Master. Temporary editing files are deleted automatically. - Sharing is your choice. When you tap Share or Open, the image is handed to the app you choose through Android's share sheet. That app's own privacy policy then applies.
- Metadata. The Image Info tool can show and remove camera and location (EXIF/GPS) metadata from your images. This happens on your device.
3. Information we collect
NovaRadix Technology does not run any server for this app and does not receive your personal data. The table below lists everything the app handles.
| Information | Where it stays | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Photos, signatures and documents you choose | On your device only | To create the image you asked for |
| Settings, favourites, custom presets, recent items and history records | On your device only | To remember your choices |
| Basic usage counters, such as how many images were processed | On your device only, never sent | To show your statistics and improve the experience |
| Advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, ad interactions | Collected by Google AdMob | To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud (see section 4) |
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or payment information through the app.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited). Ads appear as banners on some screens, native ads, a full-screen ad after a result is ready, and occasionally a full-screen ad when you open the app.
To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
- the Android Advertising ID and other device identifiers;
- your IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location;
- device model, operating system, language and app version;
- ad interactions (impressions and clicks) and diagnostic information such as crash data from the SDK.
Google uses this information to show ads, which may be personalised, to measure ad performance and to prevent fraud, under its own policies:
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
- AdMob data disclosure
Consent
Where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices.
Controlling ad personalisation
On most Android devices you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads). You will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.
5. Device permissions
- Photos: images are chosen with the Android system photo picker, so the app can only see the photos you select. It does not ask for access to your whole photo library.
- Camera: "Take Photo" opens your phone's camera app. Photo Resize Master does not ask for camera permission itself.
- Storage (Android 9 and older only): requested only when saving an image to your gallery.
- Internet and Advertising ID: used only by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to load ads. Image processing does not need an internet connection.
7. Storage, retention and deletion
- Everything the app stores stays on your device until you delete it.
- You can delete individual files or clear History inside the app at any time. You can also clear the app's data in Android Settings → Apps → Photo Resize Master → Storage.
- Uninstalling the app removes its private files and settings. Copies you saved to your gallery stay there until you delete them.
- Google keeps advertising data according to its own retention policies.
8. Security
Because your images are processed and stored on your device and are never uploaded, they are protected by your phone's own security, such as its screen lock and storage encryption. Ad traffic is encrypted in transit by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, so please keep your device protected.
9. Children's privacy
The app is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will help remove it.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the EU/UK GDPR and California privacy laws may give you the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing.
- Your images and in-app data are fully under your control on your device (section 7).
- You can withdraw or change ad consent in Settings → Ad privacy choices, where available.
- For advertising data held by Google, see My Ad Center and the Google Privacy Policy.
- For any other privacy question, email us at the address below. We aim to reply within 30 days.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes or when the law requires it. The latest version will always be on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app or on the Google Play listing.
