Wall Graffiti: Photo Blender is a creative photo editing and blending application designed to apply urban wall textures, graffiti art, spray effects, and artistic filters to your pictures directly on your Android device.
- Your photos stay on your device: All photo blending, graffiti effects, textures, filters, and rendering run 100% locally on your phone's processor. No images are ever uploaded to remote servers.
- No accounts: The app does not require login, account registration, or personal information like your name or email.
- System photo picker: You choose the specific photos you want to edit. The app does not access or scan your broader photo library.
- Free & ad-supported: The app shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) to deliver and measure ads, subject to your consent choices.
1. Who we are
Wall Graffiti: Photo Blender (package com.wall.graffiti.photoeffect, "the App") is developed and published by NovaRadix Technology ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices and how your data is protected when using the App.
2. Your photos and image processing
We believe your personal photos should remain entirely private:
- On-device processing: All photo blending layers, graffiti masks, texture overlays, typography, color adjustments, and exports are rendered locally on your device.
- No cloud uploads: We operate no cloud storage or processing servers for this App. Your original pictures and edited creations are never transmitted over the internet to us or any third party.
- Temporary working files: While you edit, working cache files are stored securely in the App's private sandbox storage on your device and are automatically deleted when the session ends.
- Exporting: Finished creations are saved directly to your device's photo gallery in a dedicated album. You retain complete ownership of all created media.
3. Information we do not collect
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials.
- We do not collect financial, banking, or payment data.
- We do not access your contacts, calendar, call logs, SMS, microphone, or precise GPS location.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
4. Information stored locally on your device
The App saves minimal data in its private local sandbox on your phone to maintain your preferences:

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App is free to use and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process certain technical data, including:
- Your device's Android Advertising ID (GAID);
- IP address (used to determine general approximate location such as city/country);
- Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and language settings;
- Ad interaction statistics (impressions, clicks, and diagnostics).
Your images and creative content are never shared with advertising networks.
Where required by law (including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland), the App requests your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before serving personalised ads. You can change your consent preferences at any time in the App's settings, or reset/delete your Advertising ID in Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).

The App uses Android's modern system Photo Picker where available, which grants access only to the single photo you choose without granting permission to view your entire gallery.
7. Data retention and deletion
Because NovaRadix Technology does not operate remote servers for your photos or user accounts, we retain no personal data on our systems. You can delete locally stored data at any time by:
- Deleting saved creations within the App;
- Clearing the App's storage via Android Settings → Apps → Wall Graffiti → Storage → Clear Data;
- Uninstalling the App from your device (which deletes all local sandbox data).
8. Security
Because all image editing occurs locally within Android's sandboxed environment, your photos remain secure from external unauthorized access. Network communications for advertising utilize encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
9. Children's privacy
The App is a general-audience creative tool and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum legal age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Your rights
Under applicable global data protection laws (such as GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and India's DPDP Act), you have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, and consent management for your personal data. Because we store no personal data on our servers, these rights can be exercised directly on your device via the methods described above.
