NovaRadix Technology

Herbal Cure

Privacy Policy

  • Effective date: 1 October 2026
  • Applies to version 6.0.8 and later
  • Live on Google Play

This Privacy Policy explains how Herbal Cure (package name com.herbal.cure), published by NovaRadix Technology, handles information. Herbal Cure is an offline reference guide to herbal, Ayurvedic and homeopathic remedies for common diseases. It has no user accounts and does not send your reading activity to us.

The short version
  • All content is on your device: The disease list, descriptions, remedies, herbs and Ayurvedic information are stored in a database bundled inside the app. You can read everything offline.
  • No account, no sign-in: We never ask for your name, email, phone number or location.
  • Favourites stay on your phone: Diseases you mark as favourite, and a few app settings, are saved only in the app's private storage on your device. They are never uploaded to us.
  • We don't see what you look up: Searches and the diseases you read about are not logged or sent anywhere.
  • Free, with ads: The app shows Google AdMob ads. Google may process device identifiers and technical data to serve and measure ads, subject to your consent where the law requires it.

1. Who we are and what the app does

NovaRadix Technology ("we", "us", "our") is a mobile app developer based in Gujarat, India, and the publisher and data controller for Herbal Cure.

Herbal Cure lets you:

  • browse and search an alphabetical list of diseases;
  • read each disease's description, remedies, related herbs and Ayurvedic preparations, and open detailed pages for individual herbs;
  • mark diseases as favourites for quick access;
  • share a remedy's text through WhatsApp or another app you choose.

All of this content ships inside the app. The app does not connect to any NovaRadix server; internet access is used only for advertising, the ad-consent form, and links you choose to open.

2. Medical disclaimer

The information in Herbal Cure is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified doctor. Herbal, Ayurvedic and homeopathic remedies can cause side effects or interact with medicines. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any remedy, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

The app shows this disclaimer when you first open it, and it is always available on the About Us screen.

3. Information stored on your device

Herbal Cure keeps a small amount of information in its private storage on your device (the Android "app sandbox"). Other apps cannot read it, and none of it is sent to NovaRadix Technology.

InformationWhere it is storedWhyHow to remove it
Favourite diseases The app's on-device database Shows the diseases you marked on the Your Favorite screen. Favourites are kept when the app's content is updated. Tap the heart icon again on the disease, clear app storage, or uninstall.
Notes from older versions The app's on-device database Earlier versions of Herbal Cure let you write personal notes. Any notes you made are kept on your device when the app updates; the current version does not create new notes. Clear app storage, or uninstall.
Launch count App preferences file Counts how many times the app has been opened, so new users see no app-open ads during their first launches and the rating request appears at a sensible time. Clear app storage, or uninstall.
Disclaimer acknowledged App preferences file Remembers that you tapped I Understand so the medical disclaimer is not shown on every launch. Clear app storage, or uninstall.
Rating request settings App preferences file Remembers when to ask you to rate the app again, or that you chose Don't show again or already went to rate it. Clear app storage, or uninstall.
Ad consent choice Stored on your device by Google's User Messaging Platform Remembers the choice you made in the ad-consent form, where one is shown (see section 6). Change it via Privacy Settings in the app menu, clear app storage, or uninstall.

Ad-frequency limits (for example, the number of disease pages opened since the last full-screen ad, and when the last ad was shown) are kept only in memory while the app is running and are discarded when it closes.

4. Information we do not collect

NovaRadix Technology does not collect, receive or store:

  • Personal details: name, email address, phone number, postal address or any government ID.
  • Account data: there are no accounts, passwords or social sign-ins.
  • Health information: we do not record which diseases, herbs or remedies you search for or read. Your favourites never leave your device.
  • Location, contacts or media: the app does not access GPS location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, SMS, photos or your files.
  • Our own analytics or crash reporting: the app contains no NovaRadix analytics, tracking or crash-reporting service.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Herbal Cure is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC and, for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited). The app shows:

  • Banner ads at the bottom of the disease detail and favourites screens;
  • Interstitial (full-screen) ads occasionally when you leave a disease page, at most once every few pages and with a minimum gap between ads;
  • App-open ads while the app starts, or when you return to it after a break, with limits on how often they appear. New users do not see app-open ads during their first launches, and no app-open ad is shown when you come back from sharing, rating or a link opened from the app.

To serve, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:

  • Device identifiers: the Android Advertising ID and app-set ID, where available and permitted;
  • Device and app information: device model, operating system version, language, screen size, network type and carrier, app name and version;
  • IP address: used to estimate coarse location (country or city level, never precise GPS location);
  • Ad interactions and diagnostics: ad requests, impressions, clicks and performance or error data.

This processing is carried out by Google under its own policies. Whether ads are personalised depends on your consent choice and your device settings. For details, see:

7. Sharing and external links

  • Sharing a remedy: When you tap Share, the app prepares the text of that disease's description and remedies (or a herb's description) and hands it to WhatsApp or the app you choose in Android's share menu. The text goes only to the app and people you choose; NovaRadix Technology does not receive it. What happens next is governed by that app's privacy policy.
  • Share App / Rate App: These open Android's share menu with the app's Google Play link, or open Herbal Cure's Google Play page.
  • Rating request: After you have opened the app a few times, it may ask whether you would like to rate it. Choosing Rate Now opens Google Play; nothing about your answer is sent to us. You can tick Don't show again to stop the request.
  • About Us links: The website, email and More apps by us buttons open your browser, email app or Google Play. Those services have their own privacy policies.

8. Android permissions

Herbal Cure uses only normal, install-time permissions. It never asks for runtime permissions such as camera, microphone, location, contacts, phone, SMS or storage.

PermissionTypePurpose
android.permission.INTERNET Normal (install-time) Lets the Google Mobile Ads SDK load ads and Google's consent form. All disease and remedy content works without internet.
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE Normal (install-time) Added by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to check whether a network connection is available before requesting ads.
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID Normal (install-time) Lets the Google Mobile Ads SDK read the Android Advertising ID (Android 13 and later) for ad frequency limits, measurement and, where you allow it, personalised ads.

9. Data retention and deletion

Information stored on your device stays there until you remove it. NovaRadix Technology holds no personal data from the app on any server, so there is nothing for us to retain.

Delete data on your device

  • Remove favourites individually: open the disease and tap the heart icon.
  • Clear everything: open Settings → Apps → Herbal Cure → Storage & cache → Clear storage. This deletes favourites, any old notes, preferences and your saved ad-consent choice.
  • Uninstall: uninstalling Herbal Cure deletes all of its data from your device.

Deletion requests

If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, or want confirmation that we hold no data about you:

  1. Email novaradix@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request – Herbal Cure”.
  2. Tell us the email address you contacted us from, if any, and what you would like deleted or confirmed.
  3. We acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete them within 30 days, then confirm by email.

Advertising data processed by Google is retained under Google's policies. You can manage or delete it through Google My Ad Center and your Google account.

10. Security

  • On-device storage: your favourites and settings live in Android's private app storage, protected by the device's sandboxing, screen lock and encryption.
  • Encrypted connections: network traffic from the Google Mobile Ads SDK uses HTTPS (TLS).
  • No server database: because the app has no accounts and sends us no personal data, there is no NovaRadix database that could be breached.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Keeping your device updated and protected with a screen lock helps keep your information safe.

11. Children's privacy

Herbal Cure is a general-audience reference app and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact novaradix@gmail.com and we will delete it.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, California's CCPA/CPRA and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 may give you rights to:

  • access personal data about you, or confirm that none is held;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your data (see section 9);
  • restrict or object to processing, including personalised advertising;
  • withdraw consent at any time via Privacy Settings in the app menu, without affecting earlier processing;
  • opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising, under US state laws, by using your consent choices and Android ad settings; we never sell personal information ourselves;
  • not be discriminated against for exercising your rights; and
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis for personalised advertising is your consent; for non-personalised ads, fraud prevention and ad measurement it is our legitimate interest in funding a free app. To exercise any right, email novaradix@gmail.com.

13. International processing

NovaRadix Technology is based in India. Google may process advertising data in the United States and other countries where it or its partners operate, using safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as described in Google's policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes or when laws or our advertising partners' requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. For significant changes we may also give notice in the app or in the Google Play release notes. Continuing to use Herbal Cure after an update means you accept the revised policy.

15. Contact us

We aim to reply to privacy questions within 7 business days.
