Calculator Master – All in One

Privacy Policy

Calculator Master does not ask who you are. There is no account, no sign-up and no profile. The numbers you type into a calculator stay on your device.

The short version. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or any financial figure you enter. Your calculation history and favourites are stored only on your phone. The only data that leaves the device is what Google AdMob needs to show ads — which you can reset or limit from Android settings — and, if you ask the currency converter for a rate, the two currency codes needed to look it up. The amounts you type are never sent anywhere.

1. Information the app does not collect

  • No account, login, email address or phone number.
  • No name, date of birth, gender or any identity document.
  • No location, contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone access.
  • No calculator inputs. Salary, income, loan amounts, investment values, tax figures, health measurements and every other value you enter are processed on the device and are never transmitted to us, to advertising networks or to analytics services.
  • No analytics or crash-reporting SDK is bundled in the app.

2. Information stored on your device

The app saves the following locally so it can work offline and remember your preferences. It is stored in the app's private storage, is not readable by other apps, and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

WhatWhyHow to remove it
Calculation history (up to 1,000 entries)So you can reopen or recalculate past resultsSettings → Clear history, or the delete action on any entry
Favourites and recently used calculatorsQuick access on the Home screenRemove the favourite, or Settings → Clear favorites
Settings (theme, number format, currency, decimals, rate overrides, exchange rates you enter)To keep the app the way you set itChange any setting at any time; uninstalling clears them all
Onboarding completed, launch count, ad frequency countersSo onboarding is shown once and ads stay within the limits described belowUninstalling the app

3. Advertising

The app is free and is funded by ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use a limited set of data to serve and measure ads, including your device's advertising identifier, coarse device and app information, and IP address. This is handled by Google, not by us — we never receive it.

  • Ads are never shown inside a keypad, over a result, or before a calculation finishes.
  • No ad is required to unlock a calculator; there are no rewarded ads.
  • Nothing you type is passed to the ad request. Ad requests contain no calculator inputs, amounts or results.

How Google uses data from apps that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your controls. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time from Settings → Privacy → Ads, which also stops personalised advertising. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent form on first launch, and you can change that choice later from the app's Settings screen.

4. Internet access

Every calculation works offline. The app uses the internet for four things only, and never to upload your data:

  • Loading ads, and showing the consent form where it is required.
  • Opening external links you tap (for example the Play Store page, or an email to support).
  • Fetching an exchange rate, and only when you tap "Get today's ECB rate". That request goes to frankfurter.dev, which publishes European Central Bank reference rates, and contains nothing but the two currency codes (for example USD and INR). The amount you are converting is never sent — the conversion happens on your device. The app never fetches a rate on its own; if you never tap the button, it never makes the request.

The currency converter works without this: you can type a rate in yourself, and rates you save are stored only on your device.

The app itself declares two Android permissions: INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE (to tell whether the device is online). Google's advertising library adds a small number of its own, including the advertising ID permission described above. None of these are runtime permissions — the app never asks you to grant anything, and it has no access to your location, contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone.

5. Children

Calculator Master is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, no such data can be held about a child.

6. Your rights

Since no personal data reaches us, there is nothing for us to export or erase on your behalf. You remain in full control of the data on your device: clear history or favourites inside the app, reset your advertising ID in Android settings, or uninstall the app to remove everything it stored.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
